How do the Closest Residents feel about the Course?

The closest homes are across Regents Park Drive and next to the Community Center in the Fairway Villas subdivision. The majority of these residents that live within 300 feet have signed a letter of support in FAVOR of the project.
On the north side of the course, 6 homes are within 300 feet of the miniature golf site. 5 of these 6 property owners (83%) are in FAVOR; one is against.
On the south side of the project, 4 homes have some view of the course. All of these property owners are in FAVOR of it. Within the rest of the Fairway Villas subdivision, over 80% of the 22 property owners are in FAVOR.
