Where is it proposed?

The area labeled "Subject" is the 1-acre miniature golf site. From Bruce B. Downs, turn east onto Regents Park Drive (Wal-Mart light) and drive 300 feet. It's on the right, just before the Pebble Creek Golf Club.
The site is bounded by the Pebble Creek Golf Club small parking lot on the east, Regents Park Drive on the north, the vacant community entrance on the west, and Pebble Creek (waterway) on the south; on the other side of the creek are the Shopping Center and the Pebble Creek Community Center and Pool.
Please note that the course is not on Bruce B. Downs. It is 300 feet to the east, near the golf club entrance. The first 300 feet is the vacant, treed community entrance that is owned by the Homeowner's Association.
Miniature golf requires a minimum 1/3 acre, so with over an acre, there is ample space for the course to meander amongst the existing trees. The Brandon Ace Golf Miniature Golf Course is on 1/3 acre.
